We are currently seeking an intermediate-level Human Resources Analyst II to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will help shape our workforce environment by directly supporting district-wide training initiatives, managing our modern e-learning curriculum, and steering employee engagement through our monthly service award recognition and service award luncheon events. What You'll Do

  • Training & E-Learning Coordination: Assist in preparing, coordinating, and managing district training initiatives, e-learning modules, and instructional materials.
  • LMS Management: Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to create new classes, generate comprehensive reports, and analyze key training data.
  • Course Evaluation: Support the delivery of training courses within assigned areas while monitoring performance and driving appropriate feedback loops.
  • Onboarding & Orientation: Assist with coordinating and facilitating onboarding for new employees, managing all session logistics, and collaborating with Metropolitan stakeholders.
  • Recognition Events: Act as the project manager for monthly service award programs and coordinate the logistics for service award luncheons.

Schedule: 9/80 Monday through Friday/Every other Friday off. Start times are no earlier than 6 am and end times are no later than 6 pm.

Hybrid: Metropolitan’s current practice in this position is a hybrid work schedule. This typically includes two days a week in person and the other days remote. This is subject to change dependent on organizational needs. In addition, a telework policy is scheduled for negotiations and once completed and implemented, will provide final direction on the hybrid schedule.

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and two years of
relevant experience; or two years as a MWD Analyst I level in the related field.

Relevant Experience is defined as: coordinating employee training programs, managing Learning Management System course creation and reporting, and event planning.
