OFF OF DE&I OFFICER

As the Deputy Chief Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Officer, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) Office. Oversight of key aspects of DE&I’s overall impact on the organization, including but not limited to, analytics, reporting and all workforce development and communications efforts.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with, educate, and advise Executive Management and Human Resources on the strategic integration of DE&I operating principles into the business goals and initiatives; develop and define metrics and policies that measure the impact of the DE&I program; and advance and oversee strategic communications to effectively tell the DE&I story.

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and eight years of increasingly responsible relevant experience, of which four years must have been in a management or supervisory position; or an advanced degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and six years of increasingly responsible relevant experience, of which four years must have been in a management or supervisory position.  

 

Related experience: leading, developing, and/or implementing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion-related programs or initiatives

 

 

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

License(s):
• Valid California Class C Driver’s License or equivalent (required at time of application) that allows you to drive during your employment.
